Lori's Room Walkathon

This walkathon is in memory of oneof our own Mimico High School Alumni. Lorna - Lynn Martin who passed away as the result of a "particularly virulent form of cancer"


Date : Saturday May 15, 2004
Time: check-in 8.30 - 9.30 a.m.
Kick-off Festivities 9.30 a.m.
Walk starts at 10.00 a.m.

Where - starts at Humber Bay Park WEST (west of Park Lawn Rd south
of Lakeshore Blvd. ) then first left into north parking lot where you can
find parking and register for the walk.

Registration Fees: individual entry $10.00 or bring $25.00 or more
in paid pledges.

Cheques should be made payable to ..... LORI'S ROOM WALKATHON

There will be a lively send-off on the 5 km walk, followed by a
complimentary lunch at the Mimico Cruising Club at the conclusion
of the walk.

All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

All proceeds to benefit the cancer patients at St. Joseph's Health
Centre through the Lori's Room Fund and the Lorna-Lynn Martin Chemotherapy Clinic.
